The cPanel Community forums are a great place to talk with other users of cPanel products about experiences, questions, and other topics. There is a wealth of information contained in the forums. The cPanel Forums link to the right in the navigation menu will take you to the forums.
Please note that the information provided on the forums is mostly provided by users of cPanel products and not by cPanel staff. You will probably not receive a response to your questions, comments, or issues from cPanel staff. cPanel is not responsible for the accuracy of any information, data, opinions, advice, or statements transmitted or posted on the user forums.
The Support Request Form link to the right in the navigation menu will allow you to open a support request with cPanel, Inc. Priority support is given to customers who have licensing directly from cPanel. If you are the customer of a web host who uses cPanel or obtained a cPanel license from a company other than cPanel, Inc., you will need to contact your web host or license provider for support.
When submitting a support request, please provide us with us much information as possible. Any specifics about your server, what you were doing when the problem occurred, any custom configuration changes you've made, etc will help us assist you more effectively.
Please note that we may require root access to the server running cPanel software and access to any affected users or accounts. If you are having a problem that affects a specific account, please provide the username and password for that account. In many circumstances, support cannot be given without this access.
The request form is for email support only. If you require phone support, you may purchase it at the cPanel Store.
At cPanel, we are always looking for new ways to improve our products. One of these ways is through communication with our users. If you have a new feature that you would like to see in cPanel or WebHost Manager, or would like to see something change about a current feature, please submit a feature request.
Feature requests can be submitted through the Feature Requests link in the right navigation menu above.
We make an effort to provide the best quality software possible. From time to time, bugs will appear and we want to get to them as quickly as possible. For this reason, bugs are tracked through bugzilla. If you have identified a bug in a cPanel software product, we ask that you please report it so that we can fix it as quickly as possible. You can get to bugzilla through the Bug Reports link in the right navigation menu above.
When submitting bugs, please provide the most information possible. Try to include the specifics of the system you are running our software on, what you were doing when the bug occurred, any special settings you may have, etc. Please do not include any private information with your report as bug reports are public information.
