Greater Flexibility in Less Time

Create a New Account

As an Enkompass admin, you can easily create new web hosting accounts and reseller accounts. When you create accounts, our easy-to-use interface allows you to specify limits on disk space, bandwidth, and more. The account creation process is simple and includes the unique ability to assign specific SQL and mail servers to the account. Want to allocate an entire Microsoft® SQL Server® to a single client? No problem!

Create Account Wizard

Enkompass reduces the complexity of setting up a new web hosting or reseller account to a 9-step process with our Account Creation Wizard. The simplicity of this interface allows even the most inexperienced user to accurately configure an account.

Manage Accounts

Managing numerous accounts has never been easier. Enkompass allows you to review existing accounts in a searchable list while performing mutliple actions, such as changing passwords, modifying quotas, and more. In just a few clicks, you can change the behavior of multiple accounts, making this once-difficult process simple and fast.

Quota Modification

Enkompass' Quota Modification feature provides a sleek, intuitive interface that allows you to modify an account's quota.

Unsuspend Bandwidth Exceeders

Enkompass provides another unique series of features that allow you to monitor bandwidth usage. By default, accounts that have exceeded their allotted bandwidth will automatically be suspended for review. Using the Unsuspend Bandwidth Exceeders feature, you are free to unsuspend accounts, allowing your users to continue accessing and maintaining their WSO accounts.

Terminate Multiple Accounts

Enkompass provides an interface that allows you to terminate one or many accounts simultaneously. You can terminate an account entirely or, optionally, you can elect to keep the account's DNS and/or user account information.

Email All Users

The Email All Users feature makes it easy for you to communicate with your users. By simply filling out a few text fields, you can send news, updates, or marketing messages to all users on your server.

List Accounts

Enkompass' List Accounts feature makes it easy for you to find information about who runs and owns what on your server. By accessing this feature, you are free to view existing accounts alphabetically and review information about them. For example, you can find out who owns a particular account, what type of plan the account uses, what theme it uses, and much more.

List Domains

The List Domains screen also provides a search feature, making it a snap to locate a particular domain.

Backups

Configure Backup

Enkompass' Configure Backup utility provides an easy way for you to routinely back up your users' information. Using this interface, you can select what information should be backed up and when the backup routine should begin.

Restore Backups

Enkompass' Restore Backups feature allows you to easily restore daily, weekly, or monthly account backups. Using this feature, you can even select the type of backup you wish to restore: full, databases, mail, or subdomain entries.

Configure Users for Backup

This feature functions as an easy-to-use backup configuration tool, allowing you enable or disable backups for some users. The Configure Users for Backup interface provides a simple search feature, allowing you to locate accounts by selecting an option from a pull-down menu, filling out the search field, and clicking Go. Once you have found the account you wish to modify, you can select whether or not to back up the account using a simple checkbox.

Add a DNS Zone

The Add a DNS Zone feature allows you to utilize the DNS server within Enkompass to add a DNS zone. This easy-to-use interface ensures that websites hosted by your server will be found by visitors.

DNS Tool

The Edit Zone feature provides an intuitive interface that allows you to quickly edit DNS zone files. You can edit MX records, TXT records, and much, much more.

Park a Domain

Our Park a Domain feature makes it easy for you to have multiple domains pointing to the same website.

IP Functions

Sleek, Intuitive IP Address Management

Add a New IP Address

Enkompass makes adding IP addresses exceedingly easy. You can add new IP addresses in blocks, or 1 at a time. Once the addresses have been added, you can allocate them to local or remote servers, reserve them, and view IP usage. You can also delete existing IP addresses.

Enkompass comes prepared for translation right out of the box. Our intuitive, XML-based language system allows you to download the translation file, translate it, and upload it to you server. Once it's there, all of your users are free to use it as their default language.

Plans allow you to compile certain usage-based resources into host packages. This allows you to offer special deals and packages to new users.

Edit/Delete a Plan

Enkompass makes modifying existing plans easier. Our interface includes the ability to modify the number of FTP accounts allowed, the amount of bandwidth that users can consume, the number of databases allowed, and much more.

Point, Click, Manage

Reseller Center

Enkompass provides an easy-to-use, full-featured interface for reseller management. Here, you can provision several aspects of reseller accounts; for example, new accounts can be resource-based (allocated disk space, bandwidth, etc.) or plan-based. This allows resellers to allocate their own resources and sell plan types.

Reseller Features

Enkompass provides fine-tuned control over your resellers. As the server's administrator, you can confer privileges as your resellers need them, allowing you to manage your server as you see fit.

Account Creation Limits

Using our Account Creation Limits interface, reseller accounts can be limited by the number of accounts they own, by the resources they consume, or by plan.

Reseller Resource Allocation

Enkompass' Reseller Resource Allocation feature allows you to provide a broad range of services to resellers. You can also use this interface to specify limits on resources, or to allocate entire servers to resellers. This allows you to provide each reseller with exactly what is needed.

Server Settings

Using the Server Management features, you can easily add new servers to Enkompass. You can quickly add new DNS, SQL, mail, and web servers in only a few clicks. New servers, once added, are automatically configured, taking the headache out of installing new services.

Service Manager

Enkompass provides an easy-to-read interface where you can view available services. Using this interface, you can start, restart, and stop any service in just a few clicks.

View Services

Using Enkompass, you can configure our Service Manager to notify you when any service running on your server encounters a problem. Simply set the threshold, and you will be alerted to any problems that arise.
