cPanel, the leading provider of Linux and Windows web hosting automation software, is seeking a dynamic person to be part of a growing dream team.
As a member of our Documentation department, the technical writer will create, update, and edit end-user documentation for the cPanel software. This documentation will clearly communicate complex technical concepts to users.
Requirements:
- US work eligibility.
- Excellent writing skills, including grammatical proficiency and a concise, clear writing style.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly on your own.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work through large projects in a self-motivated manner.
Job Duties:
- Generate and maintain wiki-based user guides and articles.
- Use Adobe Captivate to create and update help files built into the cPanel software.
- Create and edit blog posts and technical white papers.
- Review, and make recommendations regarding, our current documentation.
