Support Requests

You may open a support request with cPanel, Inc. Priority support is given to customers who have licensing directly from cPanel who submit requests though the cPanel Store, Partners who submit requests through their Manage Interface. If you are a customer of a web host who uses cPanel or obtained a cPanel license from a company other than cPanel, Inc., you will need to contact your web host or license provider for support.
