It's unfortunate that the companies that create our best technology often have customer service departments that are difficult to contact and in most cases, once contact is finally made, you are left with a frustrating, if not mediocre experience. cPanel is one of those rare companies that not only manufactures excellent products, but also backs up their products with the absolute best customer service. Their customer support is extremely prompt and thorough when it comes to solving your problems. Critical server applications are almost useless without great customer service and support. Having cPanel running on your server is the next best thing to having your own Internet company filled with well trained server specialists working 24 hours a day. If you're running one server or an entire server farm, there is only one choice: cPanel.

I have logged today a case with the cPanel technical support. I was surprised that you don't have a field to specify the priority of the case. But later, I was even more surprised when I noticed my case was treated as a top priority, with extremely quick initial response, excellent communication and complete solution.....I am part of a global support organization in one of the biggest companies in the world. That's why I know what it takes to keep always a great service and treat your customer like the most important person. Today I was happily in the other side.

The server tech was fantastic and very quick. I can't fault the service at all! After using ens*m support for the last 8 years I wish I started with cPanel back then. The last 8 years would have been much better on the web hosting side. Your have a top product and great tech support.
